The concept is also about producing food in a sustainable way for the planet. It can be applied across the globe and will result in different foods on the plates depending on place and season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The EAT-lancet commission report \"Food, Planet, Health\", compiled by 37 prominent scientists from around the world, has the same starting point as Diet for a Green Planet \u2013 a healthy diet that is sustainably produced. This prestigious report was presented in January 2019 and confirms the criteria for Diet for a Green Planet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another noted concept is the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) \"One Planet Plate\", launched in 2018. This is a guide, and a project on labeling of foods.
