Leading change\ntowards sustainable food systems requires a holistic approach because food\noften evokes emotions, the food system is complex and the rate of change is\nhigh in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Diet for\na Green Planet online course is designed and adapted to professionals working\nwith food and people with an interest in sustainability alike.
