The concept of Diet for a Green Planet was developed by the Diet Unit in Södertälje municipality during the project BERAS Implementation 2010-13, in which Södertörn University was the lead partner. The municipality of Södertälje – via project MatLust – has developed this web site. Those who today work with and develop the concept are project MatLust, the Diet Unit in Södertälje municipality and the foundation BERAS International.
